We have assisted our clients in migration of the accounting data from one software to another such as Intuit QuickBooks, Xero, ZohoBooks, Wave Accounting, Freshbooks, Kashflow, Sage, ClearBooks, MYOB Essentials, etc. We also assist in transitioning of the data from Microsoft Excel to the accounting software and vice versa, as per the requirements of the clients.

The process of migration of data includes the following services:

Initial setup and configuration of the new accounting, if required.
Exporting all the relevant data and reports transaction list, balance sheet, profit and loss account, reconciliation reports, suppliers and customer details, etc. using data templates.
As per the requirements of the clients, balances from the old data can also be transferred.
Reconciling all the transactions to ensure accuracy
Final validations and review is performed to ensure that mirror image for data from old software is created in new software.
